My dad had inherited a property from his grandfather. As per some law of 2005, by law my elder sister, father and I become equal owners of the property. Now, a person has usurped the property. If my dad wants to sell it, can he? If he sells it to a third party and they ask all of us to sign on an Mou should I ? Or will I face any legal consequences in future ?
A.No, you need not sign. You may retain your share. Nothing to bother.

A.Hello
You should not sign on any papers. You should move to civil court to evict the person from your property. For further advice need to check your property papers.
