My dad had inherited a property from his grandfather. As per some law of 2005, by law my elder sister, father and I become equal owners of the property. Now, a person has usurped the property. If my dad wants to sell it, can he? If he sells it to a third party and they ask all of us to sign on an Mou should I ? Or will I face any legal consequences in future ?
A.No, you need not sign. You may retain your share. Nothing to bother.
