नमस्कार महोदय मेरी पैतृक जमीन का मेरे पिताजी और बड़े पिताजी के बीच मनोमर्जिनी बंटवारा हुआ था अब वो जमीन नेशनल highay के चौड़ीकारण मे जा रही है लेकिन मेरे बड़े पिताजी के लडके द्वारा उनकी जमीन का एक हिस्स्सा किसी को बेचा गया है और उन्होने उसका हलफ़नामा भी बना के दिया है लेखपाल को।इसके बावजूद लेखपाल ने जमीन को विवादित दिखा के रेपोर्त लगया है nhai के कार्यालय मे अब NHAI कार्यालय द्वारा मुआवजा न्ही दिया जा रहा है जबकी हमारी जमिन पैतरीक जमीन है।स्थानिय लेखपाल और NHAI के कार्यालय मे कयी बार गया लेकिन वो दोनो एक दुसरे पे मामला तल रहे है जबकी NHAI द्वारा notice भी प्राप्त हुआ है अब बगैर मुआवजे के कैसे जमिन दे कुछ सलाह दिजीये।हमारी आर्थिक स्थिति भी कमजोर है इसलिये high court जाना सम्भव न्ही है
A.बगैर कोर्ट जाए कोई रिलीफ मिलना संभव नहीं है
अगर आर्थिक स्थिति कमजोर है तो google पर NLSA सर्च करिए और अपने जिले में आपको सरकार कि तरफ से फ्री वकील मिल जायेगा,

A.Apko apas Mai solve karana hoga agar nahi hota to court Mai Jana padega . Agar apad Mai hota hai to sab ko mil Kay affidavit bana ke department ko Dena hoga
