Maintenance and U/S 24 and 26

My wife left my home in April 2016 after 15 years of marriage with my 2 children and fake allegations of DV (police complaints attached i.e. done since 2015 whereas she stated that i am cruel since starting of the marriage ) and illicit relations .
She filed a Divorce case in August 2016 with false information in Income and Assets Affidavit which she withdrawn in Nov. 2016 with liberty to file again proper petition.
In new Divorce petition she deleted some allegations from previous petition and added new allegations and also changed the facts in Income and Assets Affidavit from the previous withdrawn petition.
We filed a complaint U/S 340 and application to dismiss the New Divorce petition by comparing old and new petition which they defend by stating that the old petition had already withdrawn with liberty to file proper petition, hence no action could be made in the matter.

Q Do they get the right to change the facts in main petition and affidavit as well?

In both old and new affidavit she did not disclosed the savings bank account of having more that Rs. 2,30,000/- clear balance which was increased in 3 months by Rs. 30,000/- which she took the cash from declared bank account and deposit cash in undisclosed account. In W. S. of complaint U/S 340 she admitted that the undisclosed account, she opened in daughter's name to save the money for her education purpose.
Q Does above attracts action u/s 340?

My present salary is Rs. 8,000 and she is getting Rs. 55,000 in hand.
She submits a joining letter of mine salary of Rs. 48,000 which i worked only for the duration of 40 days in 2016 and i submit the email of Full and final from the company in support.

Q Do still i need to pay the maintenance? If yes then please suggest expected amount as in Delhi, govt. minimum wages is Rs. 13,000/- approx.

My wife and her CA cousin accessed my online INCOME TAX ACCOUNT without my consent, against which I approached to Hon'ble court in section 156(3) and recently the charge sheet is also filed in the court against my wife and her CA cousin U/S 65 and 66 (C) of IT ACT.

Q. Does above illegal act will have any impact on maintenance case?

Q. She purchased the scooty worth 55,000 on emi during the trail. Does it matters?

Q Application u/s 24 and 26 is on order. Any expected suggestions?
