After my father's death my brother is harrasing my mother for property issues.my grandmother made a will in his name, and now he wants my mother's property as well.
We r two sisters and a brother.and my grandmother doesn't want to share her property, gold and bank balance with me and my sister.and my grandmother always threats my mother to claim her share in my mother's property.

1.can disowning my brother is the solution?
2.can my grandmother claim her share in my mother's property?
3. Can me and my sister claim our share in our grandmother's property?
