i want one sided divorce...i want to be free want to to do othr marriage

respected sir, sir i married one hindu gurl by register hindu marriage act but in 2 days they attacked me and take the girl away and they done her marriage after few motnhs we have no issue on that and they also have no issue aboutif o do other marriage...but by law now i want to know can i marriage other girl by court....pls tell me way to get separated bcoz i have no contacts with her or her family since 7 years. i want to do other court marriage pls tell the process..thanks

Dear Sir,
You cannot take advantage of her late marriage. Just file a formal divorce petition and see that ii is decreed ex parte and then go for marriage and disclose all these earlier happening to the family your prospective wife.

I can understand but law cannot be changed. You file for divorce. Don't let the summon reach her.Let it come refused or not found.You will get ex parte.

file a mutual divorce case and see that she doesn't appear before the court you will get ex parte decree of divorce.

If your first wife re married without divorcing u,file divorce case against your first wife immediately and after getting decree of divorce u can remarry second marriage
