A.1) If the developer is not developing your site and just asking you for making more cheque payment then be sure that your money will be going down the drain
2) As such kind of developers never develop the land make sure that the project is RERA registered and have you made any kind of contract agreement with the developer
3) If possible ask him do full refund of your payment as there is a breach of contract of your agreement as when you have already paid in and he is not developing the site send him a legal notice immediately as what you are saying I think this site will never be completed & you may lose your hard earned money.
