how to stop forced construction on my land

i have a lease land. i share it with my cousin brothers. land is not yet partitioned.i am not at my home, in my absence they have started some construction without consulting me. i am afraid they may occupy most of the land.what can i do to stop them.
A.You have to approach Civil Court and get injunction.
