On march 2019 some people try to encroach my land of 150 gaz at ghaziabad UP after several tries no body registered our complaint neither at tehsil nor at police station On 2019 july they file a case against us that we are encroaching there land in civil court however as our case is in court these people come on property and do construction worker earlier now they gave that land to butcher for slaughtering cows what should I do I am afraid as that land is registered on my name and we live in delhi while land in ghaziabad
A.You can sell the property with litigation to more stronger person because you may not evict him in near future. Or get huge mortgage loan on it by managing the bank people

A.Register your complaint on police website pointing encroachment, out cow slayghtering and also inform RSS, Bajrang Dal about cow slaughtering on your land. It might be muslims involved land encroachment in land jehad.

A.1) As you said that you live in Delhi while your agricultural land is in Ghaziabad then how did you come to know about the encroachment of you are land in March 2019 by several people??
2) After that who gave your land to the butchers for slaughtering the cows.. & who told you about it..?
3) As per the legal opinion I request you to get your land demarked / plotting done by the tahsildar or the land revenue authority as per your area.
4) After the plotting- Then construct a boundary wall with Gate for your land in Ghaziabad, have 4 CORNER CCTV cameras via.IP- wireless transmission and install security cabin and deploy a security guards in your own private property so that nobody else will try to encroach your private land in UP and you can also have the live surveillance of CCTV cameras while you are in Delhi.
