Sir, My father bought a land 38 year back & build house 80 percentage of area. After 38 year we found the half of land is not titled in my father name. Grandson of property seller is now fighting with us. We have requested many time to Police & District Magistrate but there is no legal action taken by them. Could you please advise next course of action for this.

A.You said that land was purchased by your father..so deed of sale is there..you can take every legal action aganist such grandson through court
