I need help regarding property fraudulent I need help regarding property fraudulent

Hi Sir/Madam, I need some legal advise regarding my property. I stay in Kolkata and my area is under Corporation. And one of my elder cousin trying to turn the whole house in flats. Basically, the whole house is consisted of some separate houses. One of the house is owned by my family. Me and my relative live in here jointly from several years. And my house is a 2 floor building. The area of the ground floor is around 1100 Sq ft and the 1st one is around 750 sq ft. So the promoter and also that cousin tried to offer me a 650 sq ft flat, which is not suitable according to me. I clearly feel that he tried hard to cheat me, as some shareholders are getting the same area but their current area of living is smaller than me.

So as per the above I want to ask 2 questions which are:
1. Depends on my area of my house as i stated, what size of flat I'll receive?
2. As I told you previously, some shareholders and the promoter tried to offer me the amount of area which is not suitable for me and also, i felt cheated. So in this type scenario what should i do?

Any helpful reply will be appreciated.
