Hi,

I need legal advice on this matter, I am living in a newly constructed home to which a very old home attached to it, these old home is almost 200+ years old because As i can see it is made out of complete mud not even concrete used, we have told many times to neighbor to repair it as it is very old, neighbor is financially okay he can manage to make repairs, still he is not doing it so, Even local panchayat gave notice few years back but he is not taking any action

for this to be stopped , what I can do in legal way ... as I can clearly show if the wall falls down it will be on my home , my kids are scared to walk on that path now
