Difference in Name - Plot Sale Deed & E.C (Encumberence Certificate) Difference in Name - Plot Sale Deed & E.C (Encumberence Certificate)

Dear sir,
I was planning to purchase a plot, but there is difference in name of sale deed and E.C

Name in Sale Deed - Smt.Saleena Ramya
Name in E.C - Smt. Saleema Ramya.

As per them it is typographical mistake in E.C.

Pls. advice what will be the damages , if we purchase the plot with above name mistake.

A.Ask them to get it corrected and else to get a First Class JM affidavit done mentioning that both are same. Then you will be safe.
