I am single daughter of my father. My grandparents came from Bangladesh and acquired land over here build house later on my father named by all of his name. How much share I can get from this property? Another property my dad bought by my mom's name now that property is on my name and my father's name. Can i acquire it on my name? being only child of your father you have the right to inherit it subsequently if not disposed of by your father during his lifetime .
1. My grandparents came from Bangladesh and acquired land over here build house later on my father named by all of his name. How much share I can get from this property?-- after it transferred to your fathers name now it becomes property of father and as said above you have the right to inherit it subsequently if not disposed of by your father during his lifetime .
2. Another property my dad bought by my mom's name now that property is on my name and my father's name. Can i acquire it on my name? Or it will always be on both names? - yes after you inherit you can change completely in your name through mutation process.
