We have ancestral property of grand father (mothers side) which we are trying to settle and getting very good offers but one member is not agreeing with the settlement while rest all (majority) are agreed to sale. So I would like to know what we can do with that person?

A.Hi,
Please try to settle this issue amicably, the consenting members can opt for partition and take their respective share in the ancestral property and give the non consenting member his/her share in the property.
