maine kisi person se 2 saal pahle 1 lac rs lia tha diary pr agreement me maine ek saal ke liye maine wo ammount de diya but usne meri blank cheque chura kar usme ammount bhar kar bank me laga di aur bounce kara di ab mujhe kya karna chahiye maine cheque ko bank se stop kara chuka hu aur police complaint bhi hai

As per your details it is clear that you have repaid the hand loan to your friend but your friend had taken advantage of your blank cheques, dont worry you made a complain in the bank that particular cheque is missing and not to proceed, then send a legal notice to your friend narrating all the happening between you, if not legal actions will be initiated against your friend

A.He will be sending you a legal notice within the next 30 days. In the legal notice 15 days time will be given to you. You should send a reply to the legal notice from a lawyers letterhead and explain your entire case to him and point out that the cheques were stolen from you for the purpose of blackmailing you. Another thing that is important is, have you signed the blank cheque, if yes then your case becomes weak.
