Eviction of Daughter in Law

Hello,
My son expired earlier this year. My daughter in law has created havoc in the house after his death. My son was running a small shop in the house itself and my daughter in law is a school teacher. My daughter in law is not vacating the shop. The house is in my name. What legal rights I have to evict her so that I can close down that shop ?

A.You can file eviction suit and domestic violence, maintainance case filed against her.......meet your local area free legal aid service in that court..its very helpful to you

A.1. you can file a case to evict your DIL from the house under the maintenance & welfare of the parents & senior citizen act
2. the case will be complicated since the house is the matrimonial home for the DIL, therefore, try to settle the same amicably

A.Plz try to settle the matter amicably with help of relatives and/or family friends as she is your daughter in law and there are mutual obligations to obey. However as you said she is a school teacher she is not wholly dependent on the shop which is in your name. You can give take legal recourse at appropriate forums for vacating the shop and also if there is any harassment from her side. Regards

A.Dear Client this is really a serious family issue and try to resolve through family members regarding this. If else take a evidence of photograph of your site with thar particular person daughter in law. Take a evidence and approach to the near to the police station and file a civil compliant. and then approach a property lawyer and then give a legal notice if the particular person is not vacating take all evidence and approach the court. HIGHLY RESOLVABLE.
