Release Deed Cancellation Release Deed Cancellation

Hello Sir.

This is related to Release deed pertaining to Ancestral Property,
My mother and her sisters have signed the deed without any knowledge that it was a release deed, Basically my uncles cheated and got the signature on the deed. So wanted to challenge the deed.

While reading the deed i found that the terms and conditions are NOT related to sisters and brothers, infact it's between father and son. Basically it was someone’s deed which was copied and pasted without readying the content.

Since the terms and conditions are not relevant and true, can this be challenged in court and get it cancelled? And can my mother claim her equal right on her father and grand father property as there is no registered will?
