Sir check bounce case registered 2nd month 2019. business purpose keliye my ek aadmiko loan leke paisa diya.o check deke bhagyaya sir.o aadmi nahi mila abitak.my case lagaya court me move nahi hora .o aadmi kidar gaya pata nahi.

A.Aapke is situation mein court pehle summons issue karega aur agar summons ke baad wo appear nahin hota hai toh court warrants issue karti hai. Aap court se Non-Bailable warrants issue karne ke liye request karein kyunki ye warrant issue hone par police par pressure rehta hai. Agar ye beneficial hota hai toh theek hai warna court se aap conditional warrant issue karne ke liye request karein
