Dear Sir, I purchased a house, in this property there typing mistake in direction North Side typed in South Side and south Side type in north side so bank reject my loan application. Let's explain in details party A sold to B there typing mistake Direction mistake, B sold C, C sold D, D sold E and E Sold F (me) i corrected in my registry as per allotment letter and Site plan now i went to bank for loan they reject me but in my registry is correct direction as per govt. site plan how can i rectify this mistake. what i can do. it's not possible to contact all parties for correction. How can correct all chain registry.

You can approach civil court and get declaratory suit get declared in respect of real boundaries and a direction to the sub registrar to change the boundaries accordingly in the records.

A.You should get rectification deed also registered and pay the requisite stamp duty and registeration charges as per the law in force in the state
