A.Dear Client if you have more than 100 acres itself is an issue because political party, police irritates, local issues always occur if you have sound background you can buy my advise is you can buy but be always cautious with Tax department, Agricultural office will trouble in Long run. Consult a Property and Tax lawyer and a Chartered Accountant in this case and many companies also owns more than an individual but it comes under commerical business in India.
