When a sale deed is registered between the seller and buyer, what is the responsibility of the Registrar? Is he not supposed to check if the plot being registered by him confirms to all Governmental regulations?
A.Dear Sir,
Ofcourse but it is not so binding on the registrar to peep into the bonafides of site property. You can get issue a legal notice if registrar as committed any negligence in performing his official duties.
