My father had given 2.96 lakh to the seller of a property in 2014 and they made a sales deed stating that my father would pay the rest of 54k at the end of 2 years and property will be registered in his name, everything was done officially in a stamp duty infront of subregistrar but after 2 years my father tried contacting the seller saying he would pay the rest 54k to get the property registered in his name, the seller didn't respond properly and he has not been responding properly since then, i came to know about all these now, is there anyway i can file a case and get the amount paid to him back?? I have all the documents, i could share

A.Dear Client,
As per your inputs it shows that the owner is not willing to sell the property now,
Better issue a legal notice to the owner then file a suit in the court under the existing legal provisions to get better relief for you,
