Purchasing parking from builder is legal

Hi,
In my agreement document builder has not mentioned about parking, now builder is saying me to purchase parking withOut receipt, if I purchase can the parking be legal. In future can society take away my parking.

A.Builder cannot ask for payment for for any services without receipt. Later on you will not have any legal right in case you don't have any receipt
