Sir,
I have a small piece of land (08 decimal)Plot No 165 held in the name of my father Late Manmath Kumar Behera at Village-Barmadhia (Gudiabedha), PO-Basta, Tehsil-Basta, Dist-Balasore, Odisha-756029 under the jurisdiction of Tehsildar Basta. The land is used as waste land because there is no entry/exist way to the land. The problem is raised due to improper verification at the time of conversion and now pressurising to hide the same. KINDLY ADVICE ME HOW I ENTER TO THE LAND and to whom I requested for entry/exit way. In this connection kindly refer to your office letter No Re-I-3/2004-40032/P dt 14-10-2004.

A.You have a make an application with all available records and history of the land record survey & betterment map and demarcation of the entire survey.Better to consult a property expert Lawyer from panel of Vidhikarya for quick guidance & help in the issue of approach way to the land.

A.Make an application to the tehsildar or such other official authorized to correct the revenue and land records.consult some lawyer on Vidhikarya who is from Orissa who is aware of local land related laws of ur state
