request for entry/exit way to agriculture land
Sir, I have a small piece of land (08 decimal)Plot No 165 held in the name of my father Late Manmath Kumar Behera at Village-Barmadhia (Gudiabedha), PO-Basta, Tehsil-Basta, Dist-Balasore, Odisha-756029 under the jurisdiction of Tehsildar Basta. The land is used as waste land because there is no entry/exist way to the land. The problem is raised due to improper verification at the time of conversion and now pressurising to hide the same. KINDLY ADVICE ME HOW I ENTER TO THE LAND and to whom I requested for entry/exit way. In this connection kindly refer to your office letter No Re-I-3/2004-40032/P dt 14-10-2004.
