Sir I have a property,but I was give it on rent to my relatives,they were for 18-19 years live o n this land.After all they do not want to left my land.i have all my paper well.plz sir tell me what I can do.for this I shall highly be obliged to u for this.

A.U can go through legal way ...than file possession suit... But my suggestion is fast u can send legal notice ...

A.You are Owner of land all documents are in your name. Is it in your in records of registrar, then no one can do anything. Your relative have to vacate & handover all land back to when you require & demand. Better to consult a Property professional Lawyer from the panel of Vidhikarya to guide & protect you quickly & protect you land & interest.
