My father have agriculture land in Ghaziabad, which is he obtained from his grandfather, and now my brothers said this land is belong to us, you (married daughters) don't have any right in agriculture land in Uttar Pradesh. Can I claim my share in that land? As my brother is going to sell that land to a builder.

A.Hi,
As per the latest judgement of Supreme Court daughters have equal right in fathers property, you can ask for your share peacefully from your brother or you can file a suit for partition.
