I am a daughter, my mother had some ancestors farmland property ,which she divided among the sons who are into farming, she has signed an agreement regarding this in the year 1997,and she did it without my consent because I had a intercaste love marriage in the year 1987,

As per latest law about daughters right to equal share in property do I stand a chance to get a share in the property if I file a case against my brothers?

A.Hi,
As per the latest judgement of the Supreme Court, daughters have an equal right in ancestral property. You can file a claim for your share in the property and also raise an issue in regard that no consent was taken from you while dividing the property.

A.Hi,
Daughters are now entitled to a share in ancestral property. You can issue a legal notice demanding your share of the farmland.

A.Dear Client
As per Hindu Succession Act, Girls also have rights over the ancestral property,
your inter caste marriage is not a bar to the share
Issue them a legal notice to give your share
