My mom wants to get her share in her father's ancestral house, which now , belongs to her mother & brothers..but my mom doesn't want to go anywhere to the police, court OR lawyer for filing claim & partition suit OR you can say she's physically unfit for this...can any document be made so that she can sign it for filing case of claim & partition suit...& our lawyer will submit the document in the court.. Please tell about the document & explain...

A.Power of Attorney can be prepared in your favour and you can file case's on behalf of your mom.

A.Hello, I have gone through your brief case details. It would not be proper to give advise solely on the basis of provided information. However, in a situation where she (mother) is not in a position to fight it herself, she can get a power a attorney executed giving authority to another person to fight it all out in court and take all the necessary decisions on her behalf till the decision of case. Rest of the advise can be given only after reviewing relevant documents and property details.
