You can opt for filing case against ur husband and In-laws u/s498A, With other IPC sections. Also Domestic Violence separately. You may contact for the same by taking number from this site.

As per your inputs the actions of your husband and father in law comes under Domestic Violence, you better file a petition in court under DVC. You can even claim divorce under cruelty if you need divorce

A.Dear client,
You can file an FIR in the nearest police station against your father in law for strangulating you as it could have gone a little wrong then you would have lose your life.
And you can proceed with domestic violence case against them.
