I had filed my 13B in mar 2019, and due to covid I had a date today on 6Oct 20. I asked my lawyer to not appear yet he appeared and got the case dismissed. Is there any way I can get it continued and get divorce or will I have to file a fresh 13b mutual divorce again??

A.We had filed many 13B in lockdown and finished them in lockdown.
the mutual divorce case have life of 18 months so it got dismissed for default.
Why you not appeared by VC ?
you can file fresh 13B.

Hope this clarifies,

A.f possible, do share your reason behind re-opening the case. And one more thing that I would like to tell you. “If you love something and you want it very badly, let it free. If it comes back to you, it will be yours “forever” and if not, then it was never meant for you”.

Thanks!
