Consumers forum case of receiving used phone from a online purchase site.

I have won a case and judgment order is issued to refund my money after receiving the use product back with compensation for poco f1 phone which was purchased in 360 gadgets. But even after receiving judgment , no response from the company. I want to file writ of execution for the issue of warrant to receive my money back. Please help me with the format of filling for writ of execution in consumers forum. Hi,
The consumer protection court is very reluctant to issue the summon upon the opposite party. You can contact with your consumer redressal forum and apply for execution of the order which has already been passed by the competent court at the time of filing the execution application you have to attach the certified copy of the learned consumer redressal forum.
