Claim of property
I had constructed a house with my own savings. I was owner of that house. Some years after, I transferred the ownership of that house from me to my father. I’ve a sister. After my father’s death, can I claim the whole house or the house will be divided between me and my sister? If my father writes a will for that house, will that be valid?
