A.Dear Client,
Gifted property can be reclaimed if it has been given by force or coercion or if any consideration clause put into , will be void.
If not registered you may cancell the same by publishing in vernacular paper locally. Hence you may revoke it.

A.If the property is transferred then No. If it has not been transferred and there is any such provision made.in Gift Deed then you can revoke it.

A.Hi,
Gift Deed is a irrevocable deed.
A property which is transferred through sale deed cannot be taken back, or claimed back, unless and until, it is legally proved that the Gift Deed was executed under Threat /Coercion /Mental illness or through any other illegal means.

A.Hi,
Gift Deed, is always irrevocable.
Therefore, Gifted property cannot be taken back, or claimed back, unless and uintil, it is legally proved that the Gift Deed was executed under Threat /Coercion /Mental illness or through any other illegal means.
