Refund issue from builder after cancellation of booking

Hi Sir,
I have booked 1 flat in Sipani Properties, Banglore and due to some personal reason, I cancelled it.
I have deposited 1 Lac amount as token money. after cancellation, I received mail from Sipani management that "10K will be deducted as cancellation money and 90K will be refunded with in 30-45 days. But 9 months passed and I am struggling for my money.
in between, they agreed to refund my amount in 6 equal installments of 15K. In September month, they have refunded 15K, but again, no response.
Please help.

You should try to contact them, but still, you can send them a legal notice demanding your refund money
