Houser documents lost
Hi team
hope you are well and safe
11 years back we had purchased a house from a local property dealer.
Now the scenario is documents are lost and we also don't know the party (1st owner) property dear has been shifted as his office is not available where it was when we purchased the property.
Now Delhi govt is registering each and every house and we do not have the document available with us
However, we had also purchased additional land from the other party then build a house and we have to documents with us.
My question is how we can register this complete house as we do not have the documents of the other half plot.
Please guide us as we are also afraid not to share this with anyone as he/she can dispute it.
We are help less please guide us.

You have to make an undertaking on stamp paper, to be submitted at the registrar’s office, with details of the property, lost documents, copy of FIR and copy of the newspaper notice.
