Land dispute Land dispute

My mother is the title owner of the land and a person has illegally occupied the land. At the time of ploughing and sowing he come along with goons with weapons and threatn us to death. We filed a case on the SDO court and dhara 144 was imposed on the land still the opposition continues harvesting and sorting the paddy inspite of notice given to him, when we informed about this to the police they took no action.
We are felling helpless.
Hoping for a solution for this.

A.You may have got the status quo order, restraining them from cultivation, but the same order is required to be implemented through police, you have to move the application to the same court and seek the implementation order through police.. Without any such order from court police will not act at its own.. Get order from court as suggested above
