How can I file a case
My ancestors property is occupied by some of my relatives, and we don't have any documents regarding those properties, can I file a case without having those documents, to show my right towards the property.
A.Dear Sir,
No case can be filed without documents. You may approach the local lawyer and get ideas as how to get relevant documents from the Sub-Registrar and revenue offices.

A.some documents required to prove it was your ancestors property.
Without any proof, whole city will also claim that property is of their ancestor.
if yes then approach lawyer with family tree.
Hope this clarifies,

A.Hi,
First obtain the certified copy of the record of document from local revenue office/ sub registrar office where in it will show the complete history of the land from time it is included in revenue records.
Secondly if in such documents also name is not available file a declaratory suit based on property receipts and pattadar passbook to declare you owner of the property.

A.Hi,
yes, you can file a case, if the property is your ancestral property along with all the evidences available with you. If you have been denied a share in your ancestral property, you can send a legal notice to the erring party. To ensure that the properties are not sold when the matter is sub-judice , you may seek injunction from the court in the same suit.
