There is a land in the name of my grandfather at Nawadih in Aurangabad, Bihar, half of the land had a kaccha Makan made by my Dada, and on the remaining land my Abbu (Mohammad Ghayasuddin) has built a pucca house(RCC) with his hard earned money. My Uncle Mohammad Shoaib is a primary teacher and our family lives in delhi, but now we have made a plan to shift here(Bihar) but the problem is that my uncle is not giving us our home and also not dividing the home on paper he is saying Why do you need a partition, and even if there is a partition, they need the RCC House free of cost that my father has built and we are asking for money, which is our right because this is my father Money. On 13/11/20 I have submitted a complain to police... Today(14/11/20) police came threaten me don't came to police or your time and money will be wasted and given my uncle sometime for resolution of dispute.. I need suggestion that if the dispute is not solved than what I can do further by law...
