I need clarification for buying property. I am planning to purchase a 4th floor flat (G+3) having panchayat approved layout planning and this property has 456 sq yards. But as per government rule, for 450 sq yards we get only 3 floor permission . so, is there any threat now of buying this property ? Seller has applied BRS this year.

A.Hi,
Since the government rules do not approve of such property, the property might be struck down anytime by the government as building is unauthorized,

A.Hello,
The property which you are planning to buy is not built as per the government rules, and therefore government can declare it as unauthorized.

A.if as per government rule, for 450 sq yards only 3 floor permission is given then how panchayat approved 4th floor ?
that makes it unauthorized.
