Land which has extra area than city survey papers

I have purchased land which has area 1600sqft on city survey papers but actual land is 2000sqft. Will I be the owner of this extra land or government or old owner from whom I have purchased the land

Just keep silent for 12 years or so that you can put up adverse title over it, it is ancillary land as such you are the owner. Boundaries will prevail. So get a dummy suit filed and get declaration decree in your favor.
