Actually humare neighbor Jo humare Ghar k just backside rehte hai. During rain, Unke yahan tin ka shade hai jis ka water humare bathroom area main girta hai jis ki wajah humain problem hoti hai.uneh bar bar bolne pr usko rectify nhi KR RHA hai. Plz advise what to do?

A.Take photos and map of the site and File a suit for permanent injunction.
