I have a house of my grandfather name,i have fight with my father ,he takes rent of rooms given on rental ,i too want to take rent money because i am living separate with my wife for that i have done love marriage which is against there wish ,they are saying they will not give me rent money ,can i take my share. Of property by doing case against my father and mother.
