my dad had bought land under my mom's name long back.Now my mom wants to give that land to my elder brother.However my dad is completely against it.What should i do?Plz guide me

A.you can not do anything.
only your dad can do something which also needs to be analysed.

A.Hi,
Since your mom is the owner she can decide whom to give the land to. She can write a will in favor of the elder brother.
