My mother does not want me to live with her due to some misunderstanding between my mother and my wife and me stayed with her from past 3.5 years along with my family and now she told me that this is her property and i am nobody to her..and she did a case on SDM office so my question is there any rights in this property for me as current house owner is my mother and my father is also no more and i have 1 sister also which is single and her age is 31 years

A.you living with your mother by leaving your wife for 3.5 years will not get you property.
your sister marital status and age is also irrelevant.
both son and daughter have equal rights in ancestral property.
only the person have right on his/her self-acquired property.
so if property is not earned by your father or mother then only you have right in it.

she might want to save her property from your wife.

A.Hi,
From your input it seems that the property is self acquired one. Since your mother is the owner she can give that property to anyone she wants through a will.
