Hello Respected Lawyers,

Me & My brother signed a reliquishment deed 2 years back in favor of my mother out of nature love.. we both did not get any money or other rewards for that.

But one month back, my mother sent me notice that she has debarred ONLY ME from the property & now i have been asked to vacate house.

Can i cancel this RD?

How much chances of winning, if i will fight this?

PLEASE HELP....!!!!!!

A.hi,
no you cannot cancel it
If you have executed and registered a legally valid Relinquishment Deed, then you can not cancel it now.
Once the property relinquished by executing a registered release deed, it cannot be revoke nor the property so relinquished can be reclaimed.
