Do advocate have rights to restrict his client to go court and inquire about case status and details.

A.Hi,
No, advocates have no such rights.
It is only in certain special circumstances in cases of a sensitive nature that the Court may find that the client needs to be shielded from some aspects of the proceedings. This is the exception however, and not the norm.
The general rule is that a client has a right to know everything that is going on with his case.

A.seems you are one of many who want to cheat your lawyer by not paying fees and taking compensation on your own when case comes for closure.

Hope this clarifies,
