Remove Loan(bhoj) from 7/12

I bought a agriculture land. On 7/12 there was a loan(bhoj), took from vasant saha sugar-factory, kasoda. On the agreement it was written that the loan will be clear by the person from which we bought land.
The factory was closed soon after that, now I want to remove loan from 7/12, what should i do?

A.Hi,
We will need more details to adequately answer your question. Why would the agreement state that the loan has to be cleared with the person from whom you bought the land? Haven't you already paid him with the very money you took as a loan from the factory?
