I purchased few medicines through online WhatsApp text and voice consultation with a doctor by the name of Ayurvedic Doctor. He had sent me medicines using VVP parcel of Indian Post office. After receiving when see medicines, medicines were Teleshopping Medicines, without label and not relevant to my problems. On contact with him, he replied by mistake those medicines sent to you.. Please do send me and after receiving will send you relevant to your problems. But i denied to accept any medicines from him and told him refund my money. At that time he was agree with me and i did courier all medicines to him. After receiving medicines he first blocked my numbers and now incoming calls are not working to his mobile. I have kept all text, voice recordings with him and also have images, postal office proof, Address of sender company. Kindly let me know where should i will have make complaint either in consumer court or local police station at which company resides.
