Want to buy a celling land in maharashtra.

I had a custumer who want to sell her land , which she had got in celling when her husband was in army but unfortunatly her husband died after his retriment. my grandfather was also a retire army officer ,and hi is intrested to buy this land. The land is about 4 acers.i want to know that ,is there any way to buy this land ,if you know please send the prossure to my email.
